BDP FL tetrazine

The Diels alder reaction of tetrazine compounds with anti electron demand (IED DA) is a promising method for biomolecule conjugation.Methyltetrazine is more stable in the buffer than the unsubstituted tetrazine.Its reaction rate with cycloolefins is still one order of magnitude higher than that of almost all other conjugation reactions.Bdp-fl is a bright dye of fluorescein (FAM) channel.With bdp-fl tetrazine,the dye can be conjugated with molecules containing strained olefins.
